St. Andrews Country Club is quite simply, one of a kind. Inspired by a legacy of fine living, today’s Club is a vibrantly social and active private membership community of unmistakable character and enduring quality.
Matthew Darnell is the Director of Food & Beverage at the club and he recently recorded a short video describing his experiences of using EcoServe and EcoBurner. St. Andrews switched to EcoBurner last November because they wanted to move away from traditional chafers to a system that is more environmentally-friendly. Matthew has received positive feedback from club members mentioning the clean and updated look ever since he put the EcoServes into use at the club.
Matthew has estimated that the club has saved approximately 3,000 sternos from going into landfills since they started using EcoBurner less than a year ago. Thats a really significant prevention of single-use items hitting our landfills.
